Week 1: Introduction & Setup

You’ll get familiar with the tool you’ll be using to replace any manual tracking of touch points with leads prior to enrollment. This tool will allow you to send emails, make and log phone calls, and create tasks ALL from one place. AND your team will be able to easily see who communicated what, when. Week 2: Leads & Customers

You’ll learn how to make the most of each contact’s (leads and customers) record in a way that benefits YOUR studio. You’ll also import your old spreadsheets and discover how to create and use lists to categorize your contacts.

Week 3: Communication & Conversations
