The challenge kicks off on November 1 and will go through December 13 with a break for US Thanksgiving. The content will be delivered through easy-to-follow screen share videos that walk you through the transition step-by-step. These videos (six in total) will be available on-demand through our special community platform which as a bonus, you’ll get access to!
Week 1: Introduction & Setup
You’ll get familiar with the tool you’ll be using to replace any manual tracking of touch points with leads prior to enrollment. This tool will allow you to send emails, make and log phone calls, and create tasks ALL from one place. AND your team will be able to easily see who communicated what, when. It’s FREE for life or for $30/month you can upgrade for some additional perks (this challenge will address both options).
Week 2: Leads & Customers
You’ll learn how to make the most of each contact’s (leads and customers) record in a way that benefits YOUR studio. You’ll also import your old spreadsheets and discover how to create and use lists to categorize your contacts.
Week 3: Communication & Conversations
You’ll setup the tool’s inbox to include Facebook Messenger AND your studio’s main email, so it’s crystal clear what has been communicated. You’ll also learn how to setup automated Facebook responses and how to use snippets and templates to speed up email response time.
Week 4: Forms & Email Marketing
You’ll transfer any lead forms to the tool and create the AUTOMATED follow-up email. If you are on the upgraded plan, you’ll also have a chance to add a number of other automated touch points after the first email is sent. You’ll also create an email template that you can use to send studio communications out to both leads and customers.
Week 5: Sales & Tasks
You’ll learn how to use the Deals area to track the different revenue streams in your studio and how to customize this space in a way that makes sense for what YOUR studio offers. You’ll also create your first tasks and assign them to team members in your studio for next action.
Week 6: Reporting & Success
You’ll wrap up your transition by creating a couple of reports that will allow you to see what’s happening in your studio and what’s working and what’s not.
